Cyrillic pixel font, fairly low-res and 3 x-height, thus an interesting effort to me.

You cheated sometimes (beyond/extending the minimal/strict matrix):

• funny addition of the black discs in "%";

• ",;" and 4 more specimens that include curves;

• the actual grid is based on 5x5 glyphs, but since you added a lot of halved blocks, the general matrix is based on 10x10, not counting the larger Cyrillic characters (maybe ≥ 10x12, thus ≥ 20x24 final matrix without the curvy hacks).

Besides a monster 7x6 "*" (funny) and '' = " (visual duplication as proportional).

I'd say: when a "i" is 1x4 in a 20x24 matrix, the design may look deveptively low-res (too many sizes, perhaps).

Coherent US-ASCII (though with a few disproportionate glyphs).

The Cyrillic support looks coherent/complete too (even with his numerous hacks to the grid).
