Here is my rendition of the Unified alphabet (http://omniglot.com/conscripts/unified.htm). Upper case vowels are the full character vowel versions, lowercase contain the diacritics. All of the extended characters like ii or uu or aa can be written using the diacritics and don't need individual letters. The letter TH is written using Q in this font.
