This is the Mandombe font that I tried to reproduce for use in my language the shingazidja, spoken on the island of Ngazidja in the archipelago of the Union of the Comoros. In my language "Udzima wa Komori".
This version is a test. I do not know if fontstruct allows me to recreate all the characters of the Mandombe, which is a syllabic script.

The test of reproducing the syllabic Mandombe with fontstruct is not very conclusive. Is it possible to combine letters? I do not see how to do that.
For example: letter "D" + letter "J" = character "DJ"
Character "DJ" + letter "U" = character "DJU"
Character "DJU" + letter "A" = character "DJUA"
In my language "djua" (sun) represents 2 syllables (dju-a), but 1 character in mandombe. And I'm not even talking about writing a word like "mndru" (a person) that is also written with a mandombe character.
