ocarina tablature font for charlie hind-style double-ocarinas (two chambers, two four-hole ocarinas, one thumbhole each)
capital letters are left side, lowercase letters are right side, forward slash is rest
fingerings are mapped to QWERTY keyboard layout for easier speed-tabbing for left side
fingerings with open thumb hole, use ~ to + (top row + numbers w/ shift) for right side
fingerings with open thumb hole use ` to = (top row + numbers w/o shift)
contains useless/redundant fingerings for the sake of completeness
