I like the thought process behind this one. Semi-script gives you a lot of design options, making it a nice approach for such a small grid. Time to cut the upper!
You don't have to use that, it's just a suggestion. Great font! It's so happy and curvy, and really good. 10/10 on it, but 9/10 cause you haven't done uppercase yet. ;P
very beautiful script typeface. it really looks as if you were using a calligraphy pen. i love the g variant you are suggesting. whoever suggested the new bricks, they are absolutely great for script fonts.
Thanks fugitiveglue! It's hard for me; I get a burst of inspiration, complete lc and basic punctuation, then get so excited to publish it that I don't have the motivation to keep working.
I know exactly what you mean, and I think many of us can relate. I've often boxed myself into a corner with LC, and then given up. These caps look really good, and you knocked them out quickly. Anytime you need a push, I'm happy to crack the whip! One suggestion… the W reads a bit like it morphs into an l. Perhaps look to the V for the left side of the W?

I think a double-storey g wouldn't fit very well here. Spacing is off, too.
@four // Thanks!
@architaraz // Thanks :-)
@Rahi // Thanks so much. I think I'll stick with mine if only for the simplicity. But yours is beautiful.
@Will // I know, I know, I just wanted to know if the pros knew a secret spacing thing :-)
