Wow, cool font! But a better name, maybe?

Very impressive first fontstruction! Such maturity suggests you surely are not a "real" beginner!

Fantastic! - a first FontStruct, but obviously from someone who is already an experienced typographer.

Welcome to FS :)

Welcome to FontStruct, the place where dreams come true. :-) Down-to-earth cracked bold stencil. Might the I have too much space around it? Rugged, strong, beautiful. 10/10.

Awesome first! I remember MY first fontstruction, it sucked so much I had to delete it. This is an awesome cracked stencil. Welcome to FS! 10/10

This is what AFT's typefaces would look like if he was interested in creating typefaces. ;-)

@laynecom : i'm not sure i'm understanding well...

@laynecom : and if "Decay" is a beautiful work, it definitely has nothing to do with my approach !
Comment by Abneurone Fluid Types 26th november 2012
Sorry, what I meant is that FS is a tool for the construction of typefaces in a classical sense. You are more interested in the deconstruction of typefaces, if I'm correct. I'm very well aware that Decay has nothing to do with your work, but that is exactly what I'm saying. :-)

It's not because you have obviously no idea how my fonts are constructed that you can say they are the opposite. If what you say was true i only needed 5 minutes to do it, and not pass sometimes 2 years and hundreds hours of work to "construct" an extremely intricate new style. Don't talk about what you do not know.

Sorry to have offended you. But actually you have no idea about the concept of deconstruction or deconstructivism, although you obviously do it. It's not the same as destructing. Have a look at the Wikipedia article. Deconstructing something requires as much time as constructing something, if not more.
Comment by laynecom 26th november 2012
Oh... I see... Sorry layne my poor english had some difficulties to grasp the nuances between "deconstructing", "destructing", and "destroying", now i understand you didn't want any harm, sorry.
