I'm not Chinese, but I'm in China now, so youtube is blocked. Can someone please tell me what is RainySXS there. Is it authors logo? Or the game's name? And does the video meet licence requirements provided?
It's just that author didn't contact me for info about usage...

It's the authors name in the bottom right corner of the video. It doesn't seem to have any commercial purpose.
