Meet ERROR! the elder cousin of Rocket Ride, with some distortions here and there. There is an alternatively glitched ? on < and ! on >.\
Looks legible at pixel size, doesn't it?
This is a clone of Rocket RideRecreation of the pixel font from Delphine Software's "Shaq Fu" (1994) on the SNES. Identical to the pixel font from the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis version, but with a handful of additional special characters. This recreation also includes additional ";" and straight double quotes characters. Apart from that, only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.
This blocky and industrial font was inspired by architechtural features on a large multistory car park near where I live. I took pictures of multiple elements from the building and rearranged and rotated the shapes to create letter forms, and used shading to create a 3 dimensional effect to mimic the structures depth when seen in person.
The theme of this font is thunderous. Thunder is the sound that lightning makes; therefore, thunder does not happen without lightning. I combined these two together, focusing on ideas such as sounds waves, sharp/smooth lines, size of my letters (big and small), and fleetingness as thunder comes and goes. I want it to have a lot of variety as you never know what to expect from thunder.
Mltng Pnt is a typeface that took form from the word destructive. It's aim is to be an illustrative typeface that focuses on the destruction of the natural letter form. This process creates a lot of visual noise, distorting the viewers vision and adding to this sense of destruction on a more palpable level. The figures were inspired by melting butter, hence the name 'Mltng Pnt' (melting point). This name also suggests a point of no return, capitalising on the theme of destruction.

Richter is a font inspired by the idea of instability. I initially looked at the idea of falling; the aftermath of an earthquake. However, the current design looks not at the aftermath of an earthquake, but at the aftermath of falling. The design is heavily inspired by breaking, smashing and the general consequences of an unstable object splitting apart.
Social Shadow has been constructed using the shadows of household cutlery from spoons to scissors, knives to bottle openers. The font is based around the theme 'gregarious', (of a person) fond of company, (of an animal) living in flocks/organised communities. The use of cutlery represents the daily ritual we perfom in our 'organised communities', a great social activity. The use of the shadow reminds us that all is only temporary.
