This is a clone of Sajou 002-5I keep experimenting with crosses to make a 'Christian' font. This is my third or fourth attempt. The letters are nicely shaped but they don't seem bold enough. Make them bolder and they would have all sorts of interesting irregularities. I also might try serifs. I like the serifs on the 'I'.
Charted from historic French cross stitch book Maison Sajou Miniature Album no. 6. The M, N, X and Z have been modified from the original and the W added. The pattern was found at http://patternmakercharts.blogspot.com/2009/12/sajou-no-6.html
Any suggestions?

A blackletter font charted from historic French cross stitch book Maison Sajou Miniature Album no. 6. The J and W have been added (at least, I think the letter in the original was an I, so I made a J to match). The spacing of the white dots and the top left flourishes on most of the letters are weirdly inconsistent.

Charted from historic cross stitch book Maison Sajou Miniature Album no. 4. The samplers generally don't include I or W so I created the I from the base vertical element and the W from two Vs. The pattern was found on http://patternmakercharts.blogspot.com/2009/08/sajou-n-4.html
This is a take on a classic arcade font with crowns and points. Best used for large type.
