Very nice. First font, great! I know you want to keep the squarish look but (depending on the grid size you've used) you could perhaps differentiate between u and v by rounding off the bottom of one of them. The same with s, maybe, rounded off top left, bottom right. Try a clone of it to see if it doesn't wreck what you're tying to achieve. Legibility is less important in a font like this, but it would be good to give the viewer a few more hints.

I actually think the x is good. It's got a jiggly frisson to it that makes me think of a dog wagging its tail.

i don't get it :)
the glyphs youmentioned are delicious. the only letter that kind of freaks me is "k"...
nevertheless, thisis coolness.
