A very good remake, although I like PQR, they seem a little out of place, and you might want to look at some of the numbers.

P,Q,R,2,4,5,6,9.
I think the 2,5,6,9, should not have the diagonal ends, and the thickness of the lines isn't consistent.
As a general rule on geometric fonts, the 8, S & E are good places to start for the rest of the numbers.

@DedZenDoll If you want others to be able to download and use your font, you need to change the license. At the moment it is “All Rights Reserved” which means no downloads. More info on licensing here.
