hedgehog, porcupine, echidna, sea urchin? Combine this font with the font Realta 2 to achieve a connected effect, after an idea by thalamic (see comments). I have followed the terminology that Cmunk used for his font dry heat to name the different sets of letters: Realta 1 Upper Case: isolates Lower Case: initials Realta 2 Upper Case: medials Lower Case: finals (in words of the creator of this font, four).

Dear four: Realta 2 is done!
Look at my mistakes on it, please, and write me about all of them. Btw, this collab was a pleasure for me.

@ elmoyenique: your work is much appreciated and it looks perfect to me. I really like the idea that two fonts by different fontstructors work so seamlessly together and the collaboration was very enjoyable. Thanks again also to thalamic for coming up with the idea.

@four: Gracias, compañero.

This is looking great! The two fonts work flawlessly together. There's one thing I would suggest: the line height, when downloaded, is one brick too short on top. Might you each create a character, such as the vertical line | , that is one grid square taller than the rest?

Oh, and I was also wondering, could I make a sample for the set? I really like this!

Thanks, beate, but the merits must be for four and thalamic!

@ elmoyenique: What a beautiful sample, it's working!

@ Darío: What an excellent idea!

@ ETH: Thanks, I usually adjust the line spacing in PS. More samples are always welcome!

I wonder if a vertically connected version of this font would be possible.

@four: You're welcome! Hey, don't worry, we can manage this (I'm sure). Come on with the verticals! A font in "four" directions!!!! I want to be on that!
