I don't know why you compare this to Mikropix, there is none. Mikropix is a sucky font. This is an awesome font, you really have a gift with pixels!

{I first thought you were talking to me, even in a harsh way, since you quoted me, put a controversal assertion, a 'sad' word, and you already commented… (in short, it's ambiguous, without the expected '@' this time…) :-/}

Anyway, knowing that 'µ' reads as 'micro', 'µpixel' stands for 'micropixel'. I just compare what is intentionally titled (and tagged by the author ?) to be compared. Besides, IMO (wich is a specialized one IMHO), uppercased letters that can fit (mainly) into a 3x4 grid correspond to what I'd describe (even define) as a micro font (because of all mathematical possibilities - 4'096 here, that's beginning to be a lot, compared to 3x3). Therefore, quite logically, minidonut's 'µpixel' font, with his look of 3x5 grid (many of his uppercase letters have this size - and many micro fonts have only this set of characters), could indeed be compared, being on a knife-edge. But since there are a lot of smaller fonts, I had to limit myself.

@dpla 5Micropix is one of winty5's works, one of those large 4000+ character Unicode fonts, which is also what minidonut's aiming to do with µpixel.

But it was quite confusing,
from an external viewpoint…

1. minidonut misspelled the font name : Mikropix
2. winty5 did not provide the full name : Mikropix
3. none of both members provided a LINK
4. winty5 depreciated his font as some flattery
5. logically, winty5 should delete immediately his 'stinky' font of yours,
and I won't post there because of deadly 'µBS' ;-)
