Looks like you've got an errant brick way up high above your lowercase 'a'.

Hmm. I see it in the font preview, but I can't find it in the actual font file nor in the fontstructor. *shrugs* I'll see if I can't figure out a reason why it'd be doing that.

Edit: Found the problem. Oddly, it appears the stray block is actually from the lowercase d... stray mouse causes much anguish?
