Description:
Clone of Blazer Of Trails. Inspired by Geneus1's oblique "Talladega Knights", here is my version of the actual vehicle logo on my beloved 2002 Chevrolet TrailBlazer. Though the curved corners have been replaced with angles (I'm still a novice at using filters), it makes the font even more sleek and "futuristic"-looking.

A nice bit of work GM - now we have 2.0 all those previously difficult curves and angles will start to fall into place :)

Thanks for the kind words, p2pnut. I can always count on you for encouragement, and it is much appreciated!

Glad to be of some inspiration for you Goatmeal. The family is looking really good. I think the cut corners enhance the typeface's usability. On Talladega Knights, the only curved bricks I was able to use were for the upper right and lower left of most glyphs. Nice work here!

This font look very good.
Oblique in FS need a good eye and hand for diagonals like V

Glad you like it, Upixel!

I must say, I was rather lazy about 'obliquing' the angles here: based on the orginal "Blazer Of Trails" from FS 1.0, I would just use the next greater angle and hoped it would look OK.

If it was a 45° angle, I used a 60°; if it was 60°, I used a 90° vertical; etc. Pretty simple...

However, there are now so many new angles possible with FS 2.0 that I'm afraid that I would spend entirely too much time trying to perfect the angles, and this font would never have been released! :^)

Followed an old Chevy Tracker on the way home from work yesterday, and realized my "K" was wrong. Now it's fixed. Enjoy.
