this is nice. you've taken a basic pattern and made it unique. although i say 'basic pattern,' i don't think i've seen many use it here. so i will probably use it myself :) although very nice, i would consider modifying the j by using the i and making the bottom longer. your current j could present problems when used in text. i think you also need to increase your space character to make text easier to read. but very good work.
