@Elmo I would think it is partially more elegant and definitely more consistent with the rest of set, but it would not feel like my own writing. Now I tried to write it like that, but it need full concentration in slow motion to break the habit.
It also might be confused with old german script Kurrent "h", so I just straightened a bit my own form and put the proposed one temporary to the long s.
@Elmo I always welcome suggestions. Due various connecting heights these connected styles can never get as fluent as real hand writing, unless there were ligatures for almost all letters combinations. This is how I leared to write in the beginning. I think there is nothing wrong with your handwrittig, its just closer to "techical script", I was thought in secondary school. It is just a bit unusual to see the way how you write g.

you spelled "connected" wrong in the tags
no he didn't
I did not notice there were both variants offered and I picked the wrong one first time...
What would you think of an "f" using the bottom part of the "j"?

Don't worry about this, I completely understand you, Peter. This was just a suggestion, thank you for considering it.
My handwriting has never been so beautiful, although some may have thought it has a certain charm, which I don't quite find.
