I tried downloading the TTF font, both logged in and in incognito mode, and both cases worked for me (It required you to have an account to download fonts in the past, but that is no longer the case). Did you make sure to download the TTF file, If so, if it is still giving you a 5xx error, then you might want to try contacting Meek about it.
