My second 8x8 colour pixel experiment after reading Arcade Game Typography: The Art of Pixel Type by Toshi Omagari. This one has an inverted gradient inline.
Very pleasant gradient and overall color palette in combination with that dark drop shadow.
@four - Beautiful work! Is this from a particular game?
This looks like it would fit pretty well in a retro arcade game… (I also pronounced the name of the font as /ɪn-lɪ-ʒɪn/)
Charming colour pixels, compañero!
Thanks @Sed4tives and @elmoyenique!
@BWM I am no IPA expert, but is it /ɪn-lɛi̯n/?
Thanks @Goatmeal. it's my own design.
I think the correct IPA pronunciation for "inlijn" would be /ˈɪnlɛin/.
/ɪnlaɪ̯d͡ʒn/ 🤔
/ˌbɪnˈlɑːdən/ 🤔
technically the IPA separates syllables with periods (although yeah hyphens make more sense)
isn't dʒ for the letter "Y" sound in english?
oh i thouhgt that it was for the pronunciation of "inline" not "inlijn"
