Influenced by the album Juturna by Circa Survive, I created this font from my listening experience. Also, Esao Andrews album art for Juturna also coerced me into a more grungy feel for the letter forms. I also don't see many typefaces like this, so I wanted to design letters that are thinner and might be perceived as nervous or appalling, maybe even hastily scrawled, like last words before an unplanned death. I don't plan to start a revolution, just enjoy Juturna. -
