If you can't be able to access the Omicron letter, here it is: Ο
That is correct!
Or simply select the specific character you want to overlap or to have a manually spaced. After selecting it change the tracking vallue inside your type tool or design software to adjust the spacing for the selected characters.
Also, I noticed that you made the jalapeño upside-down...
Maybe flip it vertically?
My jalapeño has fallen to the ground.
Well I rotated it 90° instead of flipping it, so now it no longer increases the font size and adding extra unwanted vertical space.
