I love it, especially the uppercase! Not sure about 6 and 9, though.
Comment by Magic Sam 12th february 2009
Top notch stenciling.
Comment by thalamic 12th february 2009
Thanks lads. Nice to get comments from two of the best font designers on here.
Seems to be a bit of a trend for stenciling at the mo.

@MagicSam
I've slightly changed the original 6 & 9 and also put two alternatives.
{ = 6
} = 9

hope this is what you envisioned.

I've also change the 'Y'.
The original has now moved * = 'Y'

Hi,djnippa! Good font. It's very similar to ProLamina Stencil in my Fonstruct.

Regards.

hi DJ Nippa,

thanks for taking my comments!

i agree in your main-'s'-solution, that's the one i like the best

you are right: the T i suggested does not fit ...
Did you already try a T like this?
Comment by guentersen 13th february 2009
@guentersen
Thanks. I've added the 'T' you suggested under '\'. I think it looks too black though.

Some idiot has just voted a '1' on 5 of my fonts! They were all in the 8-9 region. Why do people do that.
Jealous, malicious, and very sad of them.
I think we need a vote checker
system to stop that happening. Everytime before it goes Top Pick it's usually in the 8.5-9 from about 6 votes, then as soon as Top Pick happens it drops to 6. Losers must be voting it a 1 to drop by so much!
I've a very good suspicion who one of them is.

@superhuasteco
Wow it is. Great minds. Although my original NCD Blagger was created one day before yours on Sat, 24th January, 8:37 AM 2009.
I really like yours, just voted it a 10. Why it didn't get Top Pick I'll never know.
My original NCD Blagger was derived from my
NCD Black Square II Condensed

Hi DJ Nippa.

the one voters again ...
you know. they are reminders that it's all about fun here ... and not about voting.

and let me say, that your appearence in the fontstruct community providing NCD Snake was a lightning struck and when i look at the page of yours and your quality-fonts ... they are all gems.

blagger is another strike ;)
and blagger stencil, too!

is any music of dj nippa out there in the web? I'd like to listen. I' m curious.

I see you've been introduced to the Font Troll. I think everyone who has had a high rated fontstruction has shared the same experience. Don't let it get to you. I think it would be interesting if there was a way to graphically display the actual percentages of numerical votes on each font.
Comment by geneus1 13th february 2009
@Guentersen
That's true. Your compliments are much appreciated.
I think the sign of a good font is the amount of downloads.
Although I was gutted Amphibian and Amphibian 2 didn't get noticed. They were, I think a couple of my better original fonts. :-(

As far as DJing goes here are some of my Bootlegs
And here are some of my Live Mixes

Enjoy

@Geneus1
Ha ha, the Font Troll is hilarious.
The graphic display thing is a good idea. Maybe come up with a design for it and send it to Meek

Love this but i got to say, that capital O with stroke is not going to work as an stencil ;)
Comment by Joostmarcellis 17th february 2009
@joostmarcellis
I don't understand -
There is no stroke on the capital 'O'!
Comment by djnippa 17th february 2009
i mean this one,
Comment by Joostmarcellis 20th february 2009
this would work as a stancil...
Comment by kix 20th february 2009
@Joostmarcellis
Thanks for your observation but I'm afraid you're wrong.
That would still work as a stencil, you should try it out.
