Description:
This monospace font is designed to appear almost visually equal to MS Windows Terminal 10x18 raster font at the same font-size, but reveals its vector nature at the greater sizes, has better shape than a pixel font and contains more Unicode glyphs. The font is intended for Fidonet FGHI applications where look-and-feel of Windows console should be emulated to help former users of Fidonet console editors (such as GoldED+) feel themselves comfortable and at ease.

The image (attached below) is MS Windows Terminal 10x18, Cyrillic CP866 codepage. My font is intended to appear (in Pixel Preview mode) almost the same, except for a few visually improved characters (capital Russian Ё, for example).

However, as you may see above, my vector font is better than the pixel Terminal font, and also has somewhat wider set of glyphs.

The task of aligning a vector font to the raster mask required a bit of brickstacking (see http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/monomum for the definition of what brickstacking is).

I may only hope that future development of FontStructor won't make further brickstacking impossible.

Right now FontStructor does not support editing of the complete Unicode set of characters, and thus my font is unable to contain line drawing, unable to contain box drawing.

It is impossible to use this font as a console one :(
