@JingYo, nope, it actually does if it's cursive or blackletter, since, techically, eszett is a ligature / digraph consistng of long s and the latin s. And if we look at the cursive and blackletter long s--we might notice that it does have a descender. Logically, if eszett is long s + s, then it must contain a descender as well.
I feel like it's a deja vu and I've seen this question / answer somewhere though.
I like this. Concerning the above remarks: yes, eszett does have a descender, and instead of Lamda, I would add the open as: 0245, and its lowercase version, 028C.

btw, BLLCK MLGIC is a nice name lol. You don't have to use dope glyphs to make things cool. This font is good even without a cool name

All I'd suggest is to add Greek Lambda so that the font preview which uses the font's name as a quick sample will display it properly :)
