I agree, tilde is a bit out of proportion, but you've made suitable curves elsewhere to copy and assemble for a more adjusted look.
@xXx XBox Gamer - You might want to remove the vertical portions of the tildes (at edges & center). While the resulting tildes won't be as 'tall' at the grave, acute, circumflex, etc., it shouldn't hurt your design aesthetic.
