Thin, yes, but on an arbitrary selection of glyphs (in a too wide matrix for me[*], i.e. for more saving than in a decorative context). At least, it helps input more text on the line, which was the goal. Great support of ASCII and diacritics! And sorry again: "0" = "O"… (never mind!)
* I cannot store this font because its glyphs exceed too often the width of the smallest designs, where yours look like a 3x5. Interesting sans-serif choices anyway!
Actually, it's a 3x5 stretched to 3x7 (numerics & uppercase), with fallbacks up to 5x7 (capitals, symbols & extras). The lowercase has the same base of grid: 3x5 including 2-px ascenders, with 3-px descenders (one pixel too many, though coherent with the tall 5-px x-height - a standard nowadays with display fonts in hi-res at size 1:1 or almost, though one more pixel of height would work too).
So, if I am still correct, there are 3 pixels below and 4 above the base grid. With a maximum width of 5 pixels, the final matrix is 5x14.

@dpla Some glyphs like M and W are wider...
@xXx XBox Gamer: indeed: like a 3x5 (italicized).
