Q, J, Z, All numbers except 1 and all symbols I designed. W is M flipped upside-down. The rest are from the example signs.
In paint.NET, size 4.5 fits each character perfectly.

3x5-based matrix font. Uncommon/ambiguous design (but faithful I guess), e.g. "0=O", "5=S", "J~T", "R~A", "{~(", "}~)"… even the positions (e.g. high ";") and widths (e.g. wide "G&~"). These little inconsistencies make me remind of the old vector fonts… (where the designer could not quite control the degradation at all user sizes.)
