Help, new here. I can't download this. It keeps giving me the "The server returned a 500 Internal Server Error" and "I/O error" even though I already published it. Any tips/help would be greatly appreciated.

We seem to have a problem with the download function with a few fonts. Contact Mr.Meek through the contact button in the "Support" tab top right of menu.

Yup, I did. Thank you! I hope the server gets fixed soon.

Welcome to FontStruct! This first font shows you have a good eye for balancing the shapes that give a legible line of text; it's a good pixel font.

I would reduce the height of the 'g'bowl to match p and q though. To check heights and widths in the Fontstructor click 'Expert' mode, click 'Menu', click 'View', click 'Extra Guides'. You can move those green lines and add or remove them. To set letter widths click on 'Letter Width' ;) It adjusts automatically to 1 pixel past the last pixel of the glyph but sometimes you might want more space. The 'space bar' has a standard width between words which you change manually with 'Letter Width'.

Some help pages:http://fontstruct.com/help/17/foundations/your_first_fontstruction A video about the FontStructor and some tools/commands; it shows an old version of the website and program but the basic info is still correct - just look at the menu buttons in the FontStructor: http://fontstruct.com/news/2008/05/05/introductory-screencast/ This might help, too: http://fontstruct.com/help/39/advanced_topics/adjusting_spacing and this when you decide to make more complex fonts:http://fontstruct.com/help/54/expert_mode/brick_stacking_and_composite_bricks#composite_bricks  Don't hesitate to ask for help or advice, we love helping and seeing  new talent creating new fonts :)

Thanks Aeolien! I'm checking the pages now. I'm still learning the terms so kindly bear with me but I modded it a bit there. :)

It's very unfortunate that I cannot use it though. I guess the server isn't fixed yet. Crossing my fingers that they'd be able to repair it soon.

Looks like an old fashioned typewriter font, very nice. I hope you add numbers and more punctuation so that is useful for different texts.
