Well proportioned and very readable. My only (slight) quibble Dan is the 'N' ... would a straightforward diagonal stroke be more in keeping?

@p2pnut: Ray, you were right about the N. Thank you for pushing me to improve it! Believe it or not, this is the first time I have used djnippa's All Composites saved in MY BRICKS. I just needed to find the right diagonal for this narrow font.
