'Rebirth' is a display font designed for use in a large scale, for example as a title on a poster. The font was designed in response to a first term university brief and responded to the word 'rebirth'. The font centres around the idea of growth which led to the geometric elements as a connection to the symbol of an arrow, which I personally associated with growth.

There is no evidence of Incan writing system but there is speculations that the Inca designs called Tocapu might have a hidden writing system. I made my own using a syllabary form of writing.
put a line underneath the tocapu to eliminate the A vowel sound like in the word mint you would use mi nA and tA. once underlined it will take out the A.

Backslide is an experiment in creating a font that seeks to intentionally reverse one of the most fundamental aspects of modern European languages, that text needs to be read from left to right.
Although this font still types from left to right like a standard Western script, each letter is designed to (hopefully) be completely legible like its forward facing counterparts.
