Thank you for this incredible gift that is fontstruct, Rob. Always a joy.
Congratulation on achieving the first ten years today (April 1, 2018).
Best wishes, as ever.
This is a clone of tm FestDecoreus. I love this one, which usually means nobody is going to like it. Thanks beate for coming up with the 20's theme for the TwentiesComp. I don't think I would have come up with this otherwise.
I started this typeface out with the letter 'a', and from there slowly build up the other glyphs and came to realise it looks like a festive type. It's most likely due to the terminals being very angular and sharp, and that thought strengthens ever more so after I tried using it in Adobe Illustrator.
here's another art deco-inspired dot font. started with the lc then slowly built out the basic set. i was going to use the lc for uc as well, then started playing some more :) so here you have follies. i think the name fits since this is a playful set. and it's 2-in-1 - serif and sans serif all in one! and having a good time...at their own folly ;~
This is a cloneA — single-story “a”;
