This version of standing furniture soon started to look like minimalist designer objects. I chose 'birch' as it has the same visual quality for me. An ideal font for light-and-airy messages ?

A font combining 'frames' and 'lines'. Just to see what it looks like... So far it has been fun to do :) and it didn't take very long. I'm not sure if it is useful to add accents, any suggestions? While I experiment a bit more with accented letter I'll remove the 'clone' possibility.

This typeface was a project for my typography class. I wanted to use sharp edges while accentuating a few letters with extra lines.
I'd like to say it worked, generally speaking.

Part 2 in a series. Best viewed small.
This is for my first project at uwe bristol, it was my first time using the software fontstruction. Influenced by a book named 'elsewhere'. It isn't completely finished and some letters are in the process of being changed. Extra characters coming soon...This is a clone of Cast A Shadow

a research into dementia. This designed typeface represents the process of memory loss. Diagnosed, you lose all connections that you once took for granted. Now they are slowly drifting away from their once true and solid form.
I wanted my typeface to appear slightly un-legible as a whole, but with it's original form still present.

This Fontstruction was designed for my first module, 'Communicating With Words' at UWE. The brief we were given was to design a typeface using a key word, mine being 'ornate'. My ideas initially stemmed from architecture and then to the tilling within. I used elements I saw within the tile design and transferred them into my Fontstruction. This is a clone

Font inspired by the "SPACE QUEST" logo from the Sierra AGI graphic adventure games "Space Quest: The Sarien Encounter", (C) 1986 Sierra; and "Space Quest II: Vohaul's Revenge", (C) 1987 Sierra. The lowercase p and q are from the SCI game "Space Quest III: The Pirates Of Pestulon", (C) 1989 Sierra.

This prokoves a sense not of movement but of sharp lines and straights coupled with smooth diagonals that come together in an abstracted way.

The inspiration to this is the classic IBM logo. I wanted to create something like it with a few additions.
1. Wanted more lines.
2. Wanted more jaggedy edges on purpose.
Here, I tried to focus not only making more lines to construct the glyph but also to see how two glyphs will go together. I will post a few samples soon. I like how two glyphs, when put together are making a nice kern. It's good to see how mechanical yet traditional this is looking. Something that I wanted.
Suggestions are always welcome.

A simple pixel outline font. If there's any desire for more characters, I'm down to add.
