Yes, I know of Tepid Monkey's "November" (I even helped port it to TrueType!), but this version includes all of the characters from the Latin-1 set. Also seen in many classic 8- and 16-bit video games, because a lot of video game artists used Deluxe Paint. Characters were traced directly from the system ROM. (I still have the thing in my closet!)
