Yes! It's very tempting to leave the radiuses (radii?) the same, isn't it. It's such a mission re-engineering them.

I took a clone and played around with the bottom/left of the 'C' using my toolkit of composites from http://fontstruct.com/fontstructions/show/all_bricks_6

This allowed me to widen the radius a fraction (as well as smoothing the curve a wee bit). Hope this might help.
