Nice 'micro' pseudo-font, eventually (still not basic Ascii but cool).
Ambiguous at small size, it becomes more legible once the tricky lines are visible (b.t.w. I did not 'calculate' its original/minimal dot matrix size, certainly huge).
I'll comment more on your "fs 3x3" soon (to stay ontopic with my 'micro' project).

Duplicate 'J' may be changed (== 'F' a.t.m.)
Basic punctuations could improve the legibility.
