Description:
A mono-height, 60s inspired font. I'm not 100% sure about some of the uppercase characters - mostly the later ones... so all comments are gratefully recieved. Oh, and more latin characters are on the way...

Nice style. Digging the '&' and the brackets. Maybe pull down the joint on the '9' so the bowl height is the same as the '6'. Maybe pull the '7' down a little too.

Thanks afrojet, you're right about the numerals - bit of a late night oversight there. 7 and 9 are now fixed.

Incidentally, the '&' was the one I had most trouble with - glad you like it.

this is a totally real 60 's typeface.
it looks so sweettly curvd, i wouldn't think it was done with our app.

Very beautiful psicodelic / art nouveau lettershapes.

I find adding uppercase glyphs in the same style a good idea.

One suggestion to make it more readable: increase a bit the space between the letters & reduce a bit the space between the words. ;-)

Yeah kix, that quote was exactly the kind of look I was aiming at- glad you like it.

And thanks for the suggestion(s) gferreira - I hadn't even considered the spacing on this one, but you were dead right.

As for the caps, I've made a start but I think it'll be a staggered process. I'd intended to include either caps or a heavier weight, but caps it is. They're proving a tricky bunch though and I've had to extend below the baseline and above the capsline(? - you know what I mean) to gain some balance. Plus it's more in-keeping with the 'feel' of the font, despite restricting it's useability in all caps.

Great work on the caps – the swash parts extending below the baseline add a lot of movement to the text image.

I greatly appreciate the feedback, thanks guys.

I must still admit that I'm not totally convinced about some of the glyphs - mostly uppercase - but I'll stop obsessing and put it down to the inherent limitations.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. I think the fact that it's by far the most complete typeface I've ever made, in any software, must mean I have a fondness for it.

Next on the agenda will be a better sample... tbc...

a true beauty! and so impeccably well executed... every character seems to be a pearl. I also admittedly felt pretty dumb looking at some of the characters, cause I couldn't really figure out how you did them even after a few zoom-ins... Must be some true fontstruct mastery behind them!

(If you add the more latin set this will be one of the few fontstructions that will get a 10 from hypercritical me! ;) )
