Well it’s not too bad. The main things that make it unreadable is that “И”, “Й”, “и”, “й”, and “ч” have completely the wrong shape.

What are you talking about? “Д”, “Ж”, “К”, “У”, “Ф”, “Ц”, and “Щ” are completely fine; They’re perfectly readable to me. They don’t need to be in the exact same style as Helvetica Neue to be valid.

But I do see what you mean about “М”. As it is, it would be read as “Т”.
