Quick review:

• This is 3x4 design (68/69 glyphs), if you need to retitle,
. But the current grid size is 3x5, eventually (flawed "_")…
• It is not basic Ascii (69/93 glyphs, thus not a text font)
• The x-height is 3, which is common (3/4 is a fair ratio),
. The height of the other subsets is 4 (maximum readability)
• Ambiguous "s" (vs "g"), "j" (vs "i"), even "1" (vs "l")
• Duplicate ";" (= "i"), missing ""#$%&'()*+-/<=>@[\]^`{|}~"
• Stretched "BFJLSt" (and more lowercase) fit the mono style
• Several digits are cropped/degraded in the bottom, it's OK
. Perhaps this was found incidentally (from low bars in mind)

• I made hundreds of valid 3x4 fonts (with both h. spacing),
. So, I imagine you can improve yours, to get your first one?
