              This is my second fontstruction for a project during the first term of my study in Graphic Design at UWE. I have based this typeface on a similar (un-named) font that has been found in a Typefounders Catalogue dated before 1955, I really liked a lot of the ornate qualities and decided to bring this forgotten typeface into the modern day by replicating features of it through this digital medium.

                                    Here's another bubble wrap/air cushion font! It's monospaced and the 'M' and the 'W' are bad. I was encouraged to release this one when I saw elmoyenique's zbubblewrap eYe/FS. His sample is great. I think it's cool to have a few fonts based on the same idea...how can I find funk_king's? I would like to mention it here...and if there are others, would be cool to know about them too!

I studied ornate Circus and Carnival style lettering which often incorporate intricate detailing within the letters. I have attempted to blend a particular lattice pattern with blackletter-style letter forms.

                                                                                                        A reconstruction of some of the original GUI elements found on FontStruct, as a FontStruction on FS! :) The design elements are (c) FontStruct/Rob Meek/FSI FontShop International (excluding MS-style cursors). This is meant as JUST a fanart and is not meant to infringe on the authors' rights. --- This font is meant to be viewed and used at PXL sizes (12 px and multiples). --- This pictographic font is a WIP (work in progress). Any suggestions are welcome! --- Changelog: *20 September 2010 — Added new glyphs (FS GUI elements/artifacts + some cursors & GUI widgets, like radio buttons). Notable additions include the FS web browser favicon (in 2 versions!) and the social networking icons found under the "Tell the world" dropdown option. Also changed the picture-to-letter mapping, this requires further improvements, though. *27 September 2010 — 11 new GUI image elements/artifacts were added after suggestions by other FontStructors: 1.
