a little something I had in my head for quite a while already, finally decided to try and make it in Fontstruct.
No kerning done right now, but maybe some time later I'll do it. though even without the kerning it looks nice in my opinion.
Feel free to clone and see how it was done. (some glyphs like { are quite messy though)
also may redo some glyphs in the future.
UPDATE: cyrillic done
An alternate version of Kapow Plus Ultra in which the lowercase i is dotted, for use with the Turkish and Azerbajini languages
This is a clone of Kapow Plus UltraIt's finally ready!
Because NOBODY IN YEARS has made a version of Kapow with all the numbers and accents, so as Thanos would say.... "Fine, I'll do it myself!"
Behold: Kapow Plus Ultra! A complete rework of one of fonstruct's most popular fonts with new tiles for smoother "curvature"; Fully optimized kerning and tracking for usage in comics; And includes all numbers, punctuation, accents, and other characters missing from the original Kapow.
BONUS FEATURES: Mac option symbols supported
Update: Now with extra Manga symbols
@Christian_Munk_(CMunk) You're welcome.
This is a clone of KapowMIKITA - A "Chrome Script" style font based on the "Makita" logo type.
It is a simple 'semi' connected script, with only the basic character set. I don't feel like this requires having tons of typographic features. It is just aimed at writing simple things in this script style.
I hope you like it nonetheless
Cheers
Another handwriting script style font. Some suggestions for a better results: 1) You can put an additional bar (placed in the "<" and ">" glyphs) before typing a lowercase word. 2) And it's also convenient to add an extra space before writing a word with a capital letter to improve the separation between they. But you're the boss with it. Enjoy.
I've already gotten into another mess. Again a "2-in-1" font. It may work as is, but if you want to convert it to a script one you have to use some connectors between the letters, placed in the glyphs <, >, \, [, ], {, }. You must try each of them between two characters because there are many possible combinations. I add some samples down here. Don't worry and be patient, please, the result is worth it. Oh well, the actual "</>" glyphs are finally in the "©/™". To see all working, copy and paste the following sentence in the User Input window, please: Th>e q>u>i>c}k b[r{o[w[n f>o[x j{u]m]p\s o[v{e[r t]h>e l>a{zy d>o{g.
This is a clone「米粉炒」
and 1,000 calligraphers shouted out in pain
what the hell is grass script anyway
(and 1,000 calligraphers shouted out in pain again)
edit: i looked at some grass script practice books. this stuff goofy as heck man
(1,000 calligraphers lose consciousness)
a cursive font
Upper case doesn't always connect to things
Lower case connect to left and right except for v and z
Latin , more latin(letters) completed
i'll make cyrillic(russian only)
If you don't see the letter you need in your language. Leave a comment to tell me :)
Another "2-in-1" fontstruct. To obtain a chained word, please write their letters using only the uppercase (= with connectors) and use the lowercase (= without connectors) to finish the last letter of your word. E.g.: HELLo. The lowercase works like a traditional font too.
