In all seriousness, this is simply a conscript inspired by an old can opener that went too far.
It's been hanging out awhile and I finally got around to adding just enough punctuation to make it usable.

Recreation of the pixel font from Taito's "Special Criminal Investigation" (1989).
Fundamentally, the same as "Violence Fight" (1989), but with a subtly modified "K", arrows, and a far smaller set of punctuation marks and special characters.
Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included. This is a clone of Violence Fight

Recreation of the pixel font used in Yacht Club Games' retro-styled "Shovel Knight" (2014). As this font is mostly based on the classic Taito font (note the "?" and "!") with some minor tweaks (the "L", comma and "&"), this recreation was also extended to include some further punctuation marks and special characters from my "Taitoid" recreation.
[UPDATE: now includes the special characters from the French, German, Italian and Spanish language version of the game.]This is a clone of Taitoid

Recreation of the pixel font from Taito's "Chase H.Q." (1988). This differs slightly from the "standard" Taito font, most notably because of the lowercase, a slightly modified copyright symbol, "pointier" arrows, subtle spacing differences in the parentheses, and shorter/smaller slash/backslash. Only the characters present in the game's tile set have been included.

Recreation of the archetypal pixel font from late golden age / early platinum age Taito arcade games, such as Fairyland Story (1985), Bubble Bobble (1986), Arkanoid (1986), Arkanoid - Revenge of Doh (1987), Bonze Adventure (1988). Note the distinctive "!" and "?".
This recreation combines some of the special characters found in those games, in addition to the (fairly standard) base alphanumeric set. This is a clone of Chase H.Q.
