Here's one straight from the 16-bit era of gaming. This comes from two Zyrinx-produced games for the Sega Genesis: SubTerrania (from this font is named) and Red Zone. This has an interesting "reverse italic" look to it, as it visually appears that most of the characters are leaning to the left. This is currently a "what you see is what you get" typeface; all the characters present here come straight from SubTerrania's high score screen (except for the ¿ and ¡, which are the original characters rotated 180 degrees).

This is a "smoother" version of the Ryden MK2 font I had published in 2012. As is with the original font, this one doesn't contain any characters that weren't in the original game.
Enjoy!

Named after two songs off of Devo's debut album, Jocko Mongo straddles a shaky middle ground of the 80's, russian kitsch and a tiny bit of that 20's classiness that wasn't ever quite replicated in early digital font sets. This is a clone

Another video game font, this one from the second game in the popular Raiden shoot-'em-up series (Seibu Kaihatsu, 1994).
With the exception of the W character (which is appears flipped horizontally in-game), this is more or less a straight character dump. Of note are the small numbers, which appear whenever a medal is collected.

I'm making this font for a comic thingy I'm gonna be working on. I'm going to try to make hiragana and katakana for it if I can figure it out. Those seem a lot harder than the latin based ones though, so I guess I'll have to put more pixels into those characters 0_0;

A MOnospaced, FIxed-WIdth, SQuare, 16 pixel, old school videogames font I'm making for a roguelike console game. Dingbats and other Miscellaneous Symbols are used for game graphics, so they may NOT match Unicode names or intended use.

This is the in-game text from Xenogears on the Playstation 1. Most of the extended characters I had to create new.
The original bitmap font used two colors to give the text an outline. This font contains only the outline, which makes it look correct on solid surfaces. If you use it on a transparent surface you will need to fill in the letters manually.

It's a pixelated, monospaced sci-fi font! Based loosely off the fantastic, but italic-only, Fabian by Ray Larabie, this font is suitable for projects that need a retro-futuristic look, especially games.

A font inspired by classic RPG and pixel fonts. Possibly nothing new, made and remade, but something I needed for a game project and have always wanted to throw together.
Feel free to use it, everyone. Let me know if you do anything cool with it.

My first video-game inspired font, this comes from a trio of arcade games produced by Taito: Puchi Charat, Cleopatra Fortune, and Bust-A-Move 2.
A couple notes about this font:
(1) All the characters in this font are designed to fit into an 8x16 template; (2) The form of the capital Q is accruate to the games, but has been slightly stretched vertically to give the letter more uniformity amongs the other capitals; (3) The accented characters are completely improvised, and do not appear in any of the games; (4) The only currency symbols included are the dollar and yen signs.

This font features abundant 90-degree angles and a unique hollowed style. It's great for anything that needs an angular edge, or a smooth pixelated look.

A font based on the one used in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. Made possible by the rip done my Khameleon of The Spriters Resource.
This is missing the male and female symbols because I couldn't find the spot for them.

Based upon the classic nintendo font 'emulogic' (google it.) This is intended for all-caps use, but making lower case letters seemed to be more fun than copy-pasting all the characters.

A font used in Software Creations' NES puzzle game Solstice. It has a nice Celtic look, and it's one of the few NES fonts with lowercase letters.
