Third font in a series of three colour pixel experiments, made after reading Arcade Game Typography: The Art of Pixel Type by Toshi Omagari. This one has a double shadow, which gives an extruded 3D effect at a smaller scale.
This is one of the ways I've always wanted to use layering in Fontstruct. Finally, it's possible :) Just a quick font to test the new feature - a grey shadow (ligh source from left to right) that is cast on inner white space of the letters.
P.S. I won't be able to sleep today, so many ideas to test... Thank you, Rob!
White Fontset that is seen in an isometric view with the 3D projections (shadows) shown in black
An alternative colour font could be generated for this.

This is the shadowed version for STF_UNI
--------------------------------------------------------------
UNI - is a all caps semi-serif 3-D outline display typeface that was aimed at college sports teams.
The font features 2 styles, regular & shadowed (cloned to a seporate fontstruction).
It makes use of 3 different striped patterns, one for each plane (except the front). These enhance the depth and orientation of the Three-dimensional effect on the letterforms and making them pop out more.
Great for making headline text or to highlight specific parts.
regular version is found here:

This is a clone of STF_UNI (REGULAR)For this Fontstruct project, I decided to look at the word malnourished. Looking at all aspects that surround the meaning of the word , the lack of proper nutrition caused by not having enough to eat or not consuming the right things for whatever reasons. I decided to look at the fashion industry, looking into what people put themselves through to become the “perfect” size and that the expectation for this image is growing. My font represents this by showing the main spotlight on the front letter which is tall and skinny followed by the reality displayed in the shadow which is a bigger more “healthy” letter , showing the two extremes in a whole typeface.
This typeface was created based on the theme of confidence and all about being flamboyant. Excess serifs are a fantastic way to present boldness in this form, so my aim was to create a sharp typeface with unnecessarily long serifs at the end of letters. The name emergent came from the idea that my font, with its shadow and serifs, should emerge and become prominent. It is emergent.
