A typeface that evolved from my entry for FontOut 4. Tech, italic, awesome.
First experiment with my beloved katakana, it means that I may have caused some technical mistakes here and there, but overall I'm happy with the result. Katakana matches futuristic style a lot and provides many ways to play with letters.
I'm really proud of this one, it was a pretty huge challenge, because I started building on a very small grid. Making a oblique, techno font (using 4x1 composites), with decent spacing and rich character set could be painful even in high resolution. Although sometimes I, or FontStructor did not keep pace (see the Yen symbol). Gosh, why there are no
bricks!?
There's a tiny "K Graveyard" in Extended Latin A, somewhere around K-like characters, there's also a different version of nine. Please take a look there and tell me if one of these K's is better than K that I decided to use. Any other suggestions are very, very welcome.

Inspired by a lack of hard work, sitting down and laying back. Remove yourself from stress and responsibility. Despite the theme this font arrived from investigation into missing letters, bars, stems and other parts. Experiments drawing with the wrong hand, eyes closed and allowing the pen to do its own thing. 'The new italic'. A font for those who generally cant be bothered.
First year Graphic Design module for UWE Bristol. Theme = Lazy.

Warning: Work in progress. I'm just putting it up because it finally has a complete lowercase alphabet & so is actually usable in limited cases.
The goal with this project is to create a humanist italic close to a Caslon, but within Fontstruct limitations. The x-height here is actually quite small: 6 blocks tall.
This one seems to stand small point sizes surprisingly well. At larger sizes, it begins to look jagged but that's actually kind of nice. Of course kerning is all over the place. Not to mention the lack of capitals, punctuation, etc. There will be changes. Use with caution.

Try the Pixelview!
..or better:
Type something!
This looks surprisingly sweet!
Especially in small sizes.
I started this with the lower case, which i'm very proud of, cause they were hard to "connect".
Also reminds me of metallic chrome lettering on old cars :)
Itallica is not really made for typing in high cabs, but i works awesome if you start words with them and continue l/c...
enjoy!
numerals and more symbols later...

Inspired by the GameBoy game "Zelda: Link's Awakening", this pixelfont not only features the original's excellent italic style but also improves upon the already extraordinarily wide character selection by including even the "Extended Latin A" Characters.
