Dotted sewing pattern style font, its pretty simple but I pulled some oddball kerning tricks and such to make it connect at certain letter combinations.

I will show a little of this in a sample image bellow.

Inspired from Yautja's Advancer, but here I wanted dots to not overlap. They don't touch and approximately have same distance from one another. Turned them into pearls or bubbles, to make it more interesting. Needs tweaking here and there. This was and is fun to make :) Enjoy.

This font is based on one of the fonts used by the Apple ImageWriter II dot-matrix printer. Included with this font are the basic Greek alphabet and the Japanese Katakana lettering. ---- Made public on 2010.10.30 2014.04.15: Small update includes combining diacritic marks; this was done to circumvent a but in some Mac programs where the accented characters wouldn't appear correctly after typing in Option+N then N, for example. 2013.07.16: Slightly changed the appears of the 5 character in the superscript, subscript, and numberform characters. Last updated: 2013.05.04... This font was taken down briefly mainly so I could bolster the font by adding several new glyphs -- including superscript and subscript numbers, fractions, and even some image images that you'd expect to see on your computer screen. (Dates based on California time.)

A dot font...with a twist. Well, a tie, really. :-)

It is supposed to look like pushpins and string. The uppercase contains each glyph with pushpin and string. The lowercase contains just the pushpins to make it easier to change the color of the pins by overlaying. For the numbers, the number contains the pins and string, while SHIFT+number contains just the pins.

Tried the uppercase but just couldn't make it work. I think lowercase glyphs have more character (pun intended) anyhow :P

inspired by oldschool video racing games, but also by lapcounters in formula one. Every dot of this's got a size of 5x5 bricks!!! the reason for choosing such a superhigh resolution, was the idea to create an italic angle, which is impossible to do with the FSapplet. This is followed by a LOWER case plus numbers, called "pole position l/c". however...cheers,community and fontlovers!

the DOT experience continues... It gives you an unexpected kind of FREEDOM creating lines with dots. This time i doubled the resolution by using 2x2 circles. Finally your eye can help making curves of any size look complete and entirely smooth! Oh my god... I see more possibilities now than ever before!! That technique of "dotting", as i call it, will make my brain bust, i guess. :P May the force be with me!

Hey fellas! i know it seems kind of "up to date" to dot around, but beate and her(?) featured download inspired me to experience some DOTTING as well. The cool thing about using dots is, that the viewers eye/brain/imagination does the MAIN part while viewing it. There are 8(!) more different angles possible, because of the half circle bricks... hope you like it! cheers kix

very much inspired by the screen design of a fictional television show hosted by Bruno, a charakter created by comedian Sacha Baron Cohen. Hence the name. If someone knows if there exists a typeface used for the original please let me know.
