STF_EIN BERLINER - Condensed geometric sans-serif typeface.
Inspired by the lettering seen on a variety of different Dutch and German street signs.
The simple and clean geometric letterforms provide this typeface with a strong legibility in both display & body style text.

Inspired by a type identification request over at Typography.guru.
During developement, the tool has taken over, also helped by the scarcity of letters available in the original, making the design more sans than serif, and with strong MICR vibes in some places.
The name means "shoe shop" (also shoe repair or shoe making) in Italian.
At the moment the language coverage is limited to Western Europe.
My first fonstruction is based around the theme of malnutrition, but focuses on lesser acknowledged end of the spectrum, over-nutrition. I took inspiration from nature of skin and fat on overweight or obese bodies, putting emphasis on the folds and bulges you might typically see on the skin of a larger frame.
A decorative insular display font.
This is still a work in progress. I'm pushing the new bricks, stacking and nudging to the limit to create some nice flowing shapes. This is also a great opportunity to get working with some good kerning. Once I have the basic character set, this is going to be submitted to Google Fonts for approval.
Creatures and Phantasy Insects
This is a clone of Kord´s CampingDornach is a town/village in Switzerland where I'm on a family visit right now. It's very quite here, with lovely people who always greet me, asian looking guy, with smile ). The "o" was created not long after LoveComp's announcement, but it's here, in Dornach, with some spare time in my hand, I could finally find consistent development for it.
