Reference to a barbell. Use - to make a bar between disks. Uppercase is the left part and lowercase is the right part of the barbell. Ziltemir means barbell in my language. Used white colored layer to cover up some black spaces. Experiemntal work with some intersting potential
An experiment based on: "What if an 8 color wheel was a letter O?" A work in progress just to bring up the potential of the new update. These colors are just rainbow colors and were not inspired from LGBT flag.
One of my older ideas. A font where you can basically change the colors to get a different nation (this one is Belgium) that uses vertical triband flag. Not sure if I should publish every country one-by-one though. What do you think?
This is one of the ways I've always wanted to use layering in Fontstruct. Finally, it's possible :) Just a quick font to test the new feature - a grey shadow (ligh source from left to right) that is cast on inner white space of the letters.
P.S. I won't be able to sleep today, so many ideas to test... Thank you, Rob!
Nothing special, it's just I realized that I submitted only two fonts. A third entry, where I flipped arcs of lowercase letter "o" and took it from there. The result is an alien futuristic font that some generations might use in the future. Erutuf is Future backwards.
A FutureComp entry. Emphasis on the balance between future/past with a theme of: "There is no future without a past". Counter-clockwise (inner arrow) direction is for the past while the clockwise (outside arrow) direction is for the future.
This was unnecessarily hard to make. Most of the glyphs are drawn with continuous line. Each letter might have other ways of achieving the same continuous effect. But the main purpose of this fonstruction is to request some bricks from staff, I'll mention them in the comments. Thanks.
Last entry for the Reversecomp. Based on the theme of yin yang, opposites, black vs white, reversed colors etc. Was in a hurry so couldn't quite make UC, cause there were so many various variants of this but the result is similar to the font I saw on Behance.
