Outline variation of my Soviet Typeface, "Red Menace". Saw instances of these sorts of characters in Comic Books and old Soviet posters, so decided to make a quick variation.

Another font to create a border with. Please use the _ < > keys for alternate space figures and for the vertical border line elements. For example see http://www.berlinpublisher.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/f25border217.swf

I though about this concept while designing the superscript numbers of FS Remix.
It is basically the same grid filter with one brick narrower and one shorter.

Fontstruct 2.0’s composite brick feature enables a relatively complex permutation with a simple brick substitution!
Similar to Fat Bit with friendly ballooning bits, this is the long-promised fontstruct synthesized via a rounded stroke in first sample from iChip. While the advanced filters have long been understood to allow for a range of emboldening effects, the additional pixel-blitters entailed by composite bricks allows for more possible outcomes.
Nothing nearly as programmable as the Meek fm, but an eensy bit closer. : )This is a clone of Fat Bit
