Saw this font in a new holiday inn in Tomah, Wisconsin, decided to recreate it. The up arrow had increased pixels compared to the digits, although they appear the same size on the real elevator display. Update from 2025, saw this on a Schindler elevator in a new Holiday Inn in Madison, Wisconsin, maybe it's a Holiday Inn thing rather than an elevator manufacturer.
