This typeface has been created based on the theme 'Vibration'. I tried out a wide range of experimentation when it came to producing hand rendered work, as I felt I needed to work out what would best capture the general sense of the word. I tried using inks on elastic bands, attaching pens to a playstation controller and drawing, photographing food colouring over a speaker; all sorts. Finally, I decided I needed something which really reflected the word clearly. I looked at the white noise and the trails that you get on the television, and applied this feel to a sans serif font I had made based on Georgia (minus the Serifs) One of the most time comsuming things I've ever done, hope its been worth it. Any comments welcome.

Font is self-descriptive. Guess if I did the UC or LC first!! :D Yes this is the font I have been working on for such a long time...

Inspired by a lack of hard work, sitting down and laying back. Remove yourself from stress and responsibility. Despite the theme this font arrived from investigation into missing letters, bars, stems and other parts. Experiments drawing with the wrong hand, eyes closed and allowing the pen to do its own thing. 'The new italic'. A font for those who generally cant be bothered. First year Graphic Design module for UWE Bristol. Theme = Lazy. First fontstruction [Work in progress]

Periculum. Rooted in the latin word for 'Dangerous.' This was an experiment in using FontStruct without filters. It reminded me of why I use filters 90% of the time. There aren't as many solutions possible. Periculum died after a bad copy and paste malfunction. The resurrection process was like walking on eggshells, but here it is. Lowercase was rushed a bit just to get it out there for Aphoria. The smoothness comes with the combination of preview scaling and anti-aliasing. It has to be scaled at just the right size to look convincing for on-screen purposes. This makes it more ideal for non-print related usage. 060415. Numbers 101815. Symbols added. Preview looks normal on the font's page, but not on the 'Handgloves' listing.

it's been a long time since i released a fontstruction. today i felt like doing one again. it features smooth transitions from diagonals to roundings, notable on the S and Z.

A play on brickstacking, 'Brutal' is an experiment in creating a one brick fontstruction for multilayered screen printing. To use this font, you simply need to layer the uppercase alphabet on top of (or underneath) the lowercase alphabet (see below for a sample).

Obviously, it doesn't look like much in the Fontstruct preview.

The inspiration for this typeface came about when I was putting together this Flickr gallery of modular multi-colored lettering.

The first 25 downloads are all mine. It was a hard one to test.
